Get to know ashlie

Ashlie has been a hairstylist for 11 years. Her passion is doing blondes, fantasy colors and extension. She also enjoys doing bridal, avant-garde, and fantasy makeup. She graduated from MUD in NY. Furthering her education is always a top priority, so she can keep up to date and be on top of the next hair and makeup trends.

Ashlie grew up in a family of hair stylists. Started sweeping at the age of 5 at her moms salon. Then she went to a technical high school where she was able to get her cosmetology license. Her first love in the hair industry was cutting. Started off with fun Mohawks and razor cuts. Then she grew into loving precision haircutting.

Her mom started coloring her hair at a young age starting off with pink highlights. She created a color monster who could never stop changing her hair color. Fantasy color will forever be Ashlies favorite, not only on her self but also creating the best vivid colors for her clients.

As Ashlie grew in the hair industry she found her favorite artists and took as many hands on classes with them as possible to grow her skills. learning the best and healthiest ways to do corrective color, and blonding. Doing white out hair projects became one of her huge passions. Not only creating beautiful blondes, but it also creates perfect canvas for vivid colors.

Ashlie has had short hair most of her life, loved not having to brush her hair and the fun bed head look. but every once in a while would have her mom put many packs of extols in to get her long hair dreams. She found her favorite extensions brands and got certified to do extensions as well. She knew if she wanted the best of both works then others would also like to be able to transform. Ashlie want to be able to give her clients everything the want and need.

Other than hair, Ashlie is mom to a beautiful boy named Grayson. She also has her fur baby luna, who is a little black pocket pit. Ashlie has struggled with dyslexia her whole life but has not let that stop her from fallowing her dreams. Her favorite podcast is morbid. She has a love for tru crime, and all things scary. Her favorite bands the pixies and System of a Down. And last but not least her favorite color is green.
